National Health Workforce Needs Data Repository

(Fall 2023)

The U.S. has a workforce problem; we have millions of jobs available but not enough workers. Every sector feels the burn, but no sector has the urgency to find solutions like the healthcare industry. We are developing a national health workforce needs data repository that consolidates, evaluates, and translates the immediate workforce demands of over 60,000 healthcare providers across all U.S. states and territories and over 41,000 zip codes.

We leverage AI technologies to gather job vacancy data from entity websites and share our findings via amazing dashboard visualizations.
