SaNDAI Cares is our not-for-profit arm.

We donate hundreds of hours of analytics capacity-building services each quarter to safety net healthcare providers via our Community Healthcare Organization Analytics as a Service (AaaS) Gift Program because we care.

Additionally, we do our part to develop the next generation of data analytics talent by offering military members or veterans an opportunity to gain experience via our paid Informatics and Data Analytics Fellowships. Current college juniors or seniors are eligible for our fellowships as well.

Community Healthcare Organization AaaS Gift Program

Community healthcare organizations have more significant data collections than ever before. Their data collections include internal and external sources, including data marts, cloud-based applications, and machine-generated data. As a result, they must harness the power of the vast amounts of data constantly being generated and conduct complex data analyses to remain efficient and competitive.

We offer up to 5 AaaS gifts each quarter to help community healthcare organizations enhance operations and better their patients’ care experience. Each gift recipient receives 10 hours of free analytics support monthly for three months.

AaaS gifts are by invitation only, but we work diligently to identify the most deserving recipients each quarter. We contact organizations directly if selected for a gift.

Informatics and Data Analytics Fellowships

Our Informatics and Data Analytics (IDA) Fellowship offers the unique opportunity to support SaNDAI Cares’ delivery of AaaS solutions to community healthcare organizations with a focus on leveraging data and technology to produce meaningful insights and drive improvement.

IDA fellows can learn how data science, informatics, and performance improvement intersect in healthcare. Fellows engage in quantitative analysis and collaborative efforts with client leaders to improve performance and drive innovation.

We offer up to 25 IDA fellowships each quarter. Fellowships are available to military members (see DOD Skillbrigde), veterans, current college juniors, or seniors.

Our inaugural class of fellows starts on March 1, 2023. The IDA fellowship application will be available on January 31, 2023.
